This paper proposes a Person-Environment-Occupation Model of occupational performance which builds on concepts from the Occupational Therapy Guidelines for Client Centered Practice and from This chapter summarizes the history and evolution of the Person–Environment–Occupational Performance (PEOP) Model, a model for practice first conceived during the 1980s in the USA.
